Responsibilities

• Record 3 comp sink temps
• Check santizer-sink
• Set up dishmachine
• Break down dishmachine
• Record dishmachine temps
• De-lime dishmachine
• Change solid power
• Wash pots & pans
• Set up and breakdown ice cream machine
• Operate and breakdown all beverage equipment on front line
• Operate and clean tilt skillet
• Operate and clean stove/oven
• Operate and clean steam kettles
• Operate and clean puree machine
• Print tickets and standing orders
• Turn serving wells on & off
• Wrap silverware
• Side dishes & deserts
• Prpeare different diets/texture

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Food Handler Permit (Required)
• Driving License
• TB Test & Result
• Hep-B Vaccination or declination
• Covid Vaccination (If vaccinated)

**The individual would work 5 days and 40 hours per week. Some of those days may include weekends and holidays.**
